Information for International Attendees
We encourage international attendees, due to U.S. security procedures and U.S Visa problems, to apply for a U.S. visa as early as possible (at least Seven to Six months in advance is recommended). Please check with your local U.S. Embassy or Consulate to determine the earliest date that you may apply.

Requests for Letters of Invitation: For logistics purposes, letters of invitation can be provided only to those who formally registered for the conference and request them. Please contact our Office Manager or Office Assistant Manager at (513) 641-3300 or at meetings@nappsa.org to request a letter of invitation.
